- Repeated Violations: Account suspension, restrictions, or permanent ban
- Severe Violations: Immediate ban and possible legal action
- For reported DMs, the operations team may review the reported message and the minimum necessary surrounding context.
- To protect the community, the operations team may prioritize preemptive measures such as content visibility limits, DM sending restrictions, or temporary blocks, and will handle both the reporting user and the reported user fairly.
6. Account Deletion and Data Removal
- Upon account deletion, a User’s Posts, profile information, comments, and similar data will be deleted by default.
- However, data that must be retained under applicable laws may be preserved for the legally required period.
- Uploaded image files are deleted immediately after AI filter processing, while generated outputs are temporarily stored only for download or posting purposes. (See the [Privacy Policy] for details.)
- Even if a user deletes their own messages or chat room, copies, screenshots, and records retained on the other party’s account or device, or kept for handling reports or disputes, may not be automatically deleted.
7. Intellectual Property Rights and Compliance with Global Regulations
- Users may only upload images that they have created themselves or for which they hold the proper rights (e.g., photography, authorship, consent).
- AOi V complies with global laws and regulations, including the U.S. DMCA, the EU GDPR, the California CCPA, the Japan APPI, the Korean Copyright Act and Network Act, and the Singapore Copyright Act.

- Repeated violations or breaches of applicable laws may result in permanent suspension and legal action.
- Mass content generation using automation tools, refund abuse, repeated DM sending, spam, fraud, or any other conduct that seriously disrupts service operations or undermines user safety may result, without prior warning, in measures such as usage restrictions, DM feature restrictions, and the revocation of in-app goods.
